Meet Diana, NP
Low on energy? Not feeling like yourself?
I help high-achieving women in midlife take control of their hormone health, restore confidence, and reignite their vitality—so they can live and lead with strength, clarity, and purpose.
My Story
I founded True Balance Womens Health, NP with one conviction: women in midlife deserve better care.
As a double board-certified Nurse Midwife (NYU) and Family Nurse Practitioner (Pace University), I’ve spent more than a decade serving women across New York City. During that time, I witnessed the persistent gaps in traditional midlife care—rushed appointments, generic protocols, and a lack of compassion around hormone health.
Now navigating my own midlife journey, I combine clinical expertise with lived experience to deliver personalized, evidence-based, whole-person care. My mission is to help women restore balance, reclaim energy, and embrace midlife as a powerful new chapter—never minimized, never rushed, and never reduced to one-size-fits-all advice.
